Section Problem
I just come here to spend the last 10min of my time before my lunch break ends. i'm looking forward to dinner.. the grilled chicken rice @ PS!!!
Hmm... i'm kinda a bit sad cos the things happening in the section. People juz say things they dun even know what they're saying. and the leader.. i dunno.. mayb she's also confused about what to do in order to solve the problem and case closed. Priority should be given to members. i always believe no matter what status you are in band, you have to listen to your authority. don't care whether you're alumni, guest player or member. Something like that happened before and probably it's because of the same person who caused the trouble. i was thinking whether i chose the wrong person to do the job but then again, that's not the important thing. The important thing now is the person do the job well. i hope some people understands that there should not be any gossip or backstabbing in the section. Gossip and backstabbing breaks unity, and how are we going to play together if there's disunity? i don't care how good a player you are. There's just something different when there's no unity. It's very spiritual. i don't think there're such problems in other sections. this section is a spiritual body. most of us are righteously spiritual [if you understand what i mean]. when bea and i were the person, things like this don't happen. it happened once and bea was sad, probably frustrated about what to do. i'm not pushing people around doing stuff. i rather be the backcrew people. Look for the right people to support. it's not just anybody will do. what good will it do if the supporting people aren't wise, have very very wrong thinking inside their heads? Man... it'll be even worse than catastrophe.
Rightz... my 10min is up. i just hope that info some of us discussed are being put into a solution for this problem and case closed. we all learn from this problem. Learn the lesson, forget the incident.
