Now's the month of May... day is 19. It's just a few more weeks to concert. I feel that my section is still not ready. I don't know what to do about it. I tried to the best that I can but there seems to have no productivity at all. We went through the same thing over the second time. I am feeling quite down and I'm not a good leader. I asked sister liqun what is her definition of a leader. She said being a leader is one who serves with humility and wants to see her people succeed before yourself succeed. I asked her how can a leader cause her people to succeed before she can succeed in the thing herself? She replied it's the priorities of success. Am I serving people so that I can look successful or am I serving because I love the people and want them to succeed? Initially I have no understanding of this. But now I think I do. I think she misunderstood my question. Therefore I shall ask her again.. Heex...
